A freelanced location on Central Missouri RR, the club layout of the Central Missouri Railroad Association. Exile Bridge is modeled using Walthers' swing bridge kit. I raised the bridge a 1/2" above the plywood base to allow for the Missouri River while keeping the plaster out of the mechanisim. Here are some pics: Nov. 2010: Empties headed back east to the Appalachian mountains for another load to the far east. Amtrak train from St. Louis, MO to Denver, CO behind FP45 #503. I know Amtrak didn't have FP45s, but they did have SDP40Fs which I consider to be superficially similar.

Here are some better pics of another fantrip over Exile Bridge. Note that the ends are finally on the bridge, marking the end of major assembly. Click to enlarge. All images are my property and may not be used without permission.
