I'm ready to permanently install the rock molds around the tunnel portal and blend. Here's a couple of pics: One of the rock face:

The rock castings are installed and ready to blend. I also added some castings to the east bank. I've got several left over castings.

The blending of the castings has begun! I tried using hydrocal, but it set up extremely fast (it set even faster in the mixing bowl). I instead used bits of plaster cloth backed by newspaper where needed. I'm fairly happy with the results. I'll probably be happier once it is painted. Jerry came up today and fiddled around with some cars he brought from home. He had to sideline his SP GP9 though. It would only stutter and would not run. Shows the same symptons as my SW1500 when the lube worked its way between the axle and those bearing blocks.

The rocks have been painted & I've placed a bridge tender: Scott did a great job painting the castings. I also did some work with Sonny & Mike on the club owned filler module:

Been busy today. Took the bridge out to touch up paint around the piers. Some of the touch up looks like the railroad was removing graffiti. Also worked on the bridge mechanism. I added a set screw: Then I placed some homes, added a dirt road, and a couple trees
